  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

  • Standard: 4–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS (if provided).

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KingdomGrip is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we will try to refund you.
